基于知识的加工过程合弄智能控制

KNOWLEDGE-BASED HOLONIC INTELLIGENT CONTROL INMACHINING PROCESS

  • 摘要: 加工过程是一个复杂多变的动态的系统,对其进行有效控制是制造系统自动化要解决的基本问题之一.本文概述了合弄控制的产生及其特点和加工过程智能控制的发展,分析了基于知识的加工过程智能控制系统的特性及其发展趋向,指出智能控制技术的深入研究和合弄控制理论的发展将为加工过程智能控制向更高智能度的进化奠定坚实的基础.

     

    Abstract: Machining process is a complicated, multivariant and dynamic system and an effective control of the process is one of the most essential requirements for the manufacturing system automation. In this paper, the creation and characteristics of holonic control and the development of intelligent control of machining process are summarized, and the characteristics and development tendency of the intelligent monitoring system of machining process are analyzed. It is pointed out that more progress of intelligent control technology and holonic control theory will establish a sound foundation for making intelligent control of machining process evolve to higher intelligence.
