一种改进的垂直分层空时码检测算法

An Improved Detection Algorithm for Vertical Bell Labs Layered Space-Time Coding

  • 摘要: 针对垂直分层空时码系统的最大似然检测算法运算复杂度大的缺点,将排序的QR分解算法和最大似然检测算法结合起来,给出了一种改进的垂直分层空时码检测算法.该算法既减少了最大似然检测算法的搜索次数,降低了计算量,又避免了层间干扰和误码扩散,提高了系统误码性能.最后的仿真验证了所提算法的有效性和实用性.

     

    Abstract: In order to overcome the high computational complexity of the maximum likelihood(ML) detection algorithm in vertical Bell labs layered space-time(V-BLAST) system,an improved V-BLAST detection algorithm is proposed with the combination of the the sorted QR decomposition(SQRD) algorithm and ML detection algorithm.The proposed algorithm can reduce the search times and computational burden of the ML detection algorithm while avoid the interlayer interference and bit error diffusion,so it improves the system's error performance.Simulation results validate the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed algorithm at last.
