Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of simulation of complex scheduling rules and decision by complex rules which occurs during the development of production scheduling simulation system,a decision-making model with preference information of decision-maker for production scheduling is proposed.In the model,a knowledge representation approach based on factor spaces is put forward,and on this basis,a scheduling decision-making method based on variable weight integrated function is proposed.So that the model not only allows the expression of fuzzy concept in the fuzzy scheduling rules,but also is applicable to the decision-making process on complex scheduling rules under complex scheduling environment.Because of incorporating preference information into the model,the decision results reflect the wish and interest of decision-makers, and the results of scheduling simulation are closer to the true situation,thus,a satisfying decision support is provided to decision-makers.Finally,the performance of the proposed model is verified and evaluated through a practical scheduling problem,and the results demonstrate the efficiency and feasibility of the proposed model.
