有理逼近法建模的参数与结构最优化的实现

Realization of Optimizing Both Parameters and Structure in Model Building Using Rational Approximation

  • 摘要: 本文在应用有理分式进行数学建模的工作基础上,提出了实现有理模型的参数与结构同时优化的一种实用的松驰算法.此法首先引入结构模式识别方法,找出原型的形态特征点集,并依此导出结构优化的初始结构形式,为随后的求取最优参数的最佳逼近过程提供了良好的初始逼近式.在参效优化中,文中根据Hamming算法给出了用最小二乘来实现的具体算式.实际应用表明,该算法有速度快、逼近精度高、模型参数少和对原始问题适应性强的优点.

     

    Abstract: On purpose to apply rational function for mathematical model building,this article proposes a practical relaxation algorithm to optimize both parameters and structure of rational model at the same time.First,structural pattern recognition techniques toanalyse objective curve and find a set of important sample points of the curve isintroduced,then primary structure is driven for optimization of structure from thepoint set.The primary structure also can offer good initial approximation functionfor parameter optimization.For parameter optimization,in this article a practicalleast square estimation formula based on Hamming method is given.It is shown bypractical applications that this algorithm has the advantage of high speed,high precision,fewer number of produced model parameters and strong adaptiveness to objective problems.
