连铸二冷配水自适应动态优化控制

Adaptive Dynamic Optimization Control for Secondary Cooling of Continuous Casting

  • 摘要: 在常规连铸二冷配水控制方法的基础上,提出了自适应动态配水控制策略,建立了由基础自动控制、软测量技术和智能控制技术相结合的二级动态配水控制系统.在控制系统中,建立了基于凝固传热理论的软测量模型,用于实时预测铸坯表面温度;应用基于自整定神经元的多变量PID控制算法,实现连铸二冷配水动态单元跟踪控制,使铸坯表面温度保持在目标值范围内.仿真及应用结果表明了所建模型和控制算法的有效性,控制系统对拉速扰动具有良好的目标温度跟随性能.

     

    Abstract: Based on the conventional control methods for secondary cooling water distribution of continuous casting,an adaptive dynamic control strategy for water distribution is presented,and a control system for level 2 dynamic water distribution is established which integrates fundamental automatic control,soft-sensing and intelligent control technologies.In the control system,a soft sensing model based on solidification heat transfer theory is developed and applied to predict the surface temperature of billets in real-time.A multivariable PID control algorithm based on auto-tuning neurons is adopted to realize dynamic element tracking control of secondary cooling water distribution and make the billets' surface temperature maintain within target value in continuous casting.The simulation and application results show that the developed model and control algorithm method are effective,and the control system has good performance in tracking the target temperature under casting speed disturbance.
