基于模糊回归的质量屋决策模型

DECISION MODEL FOR QUALITY HOUSE BASED ON FUZZY REGRESSION

  • 摘要: 基于带有对称三角形模糊系数的模糊回归及模糊规划理论,提出关联函数及自相关函数的数学模型,并在系统考虑资源约束影响的基础上,分别建立了基于质量屋的产品规划精确模型及模糊模型.仿真研究表明,这些模型适合于各种工程设计问题,尤其是在不确定的、模糊的条件下,能够有效地确定关联函数及自相关函数,帮助开发人员优化顾客需求的满意水平,在资源约束下使产品的顾客满意度最大.

     

    Abstract: Quality function deployment (QFD) is becoming a widely used customer-oriented approach to product design. The inherent fuzziness in QFD system makes fuzzy regression more appealing than classical statistical tools. This paper presents a mathematic approach to determine the relation functions between customer requirements and engineering characteristics and correlation functions among engineering characteristics using optimization theory combined with fuzzy regression theory, and furthermore proposes a crisp and a fuzzy decision models for HOQ. The proposed models would be applicable to a wide spectrum of design problems where multiple design criteria and functional design relationships are interacting and/or conflicting in an uncertain and fuzzy product design process and allow a design team to reconcile tradeoffs among the various customer satisfaction levels as well as the inherent fuzziness in the system.
