广义预测控制和PID控制在混凝投药中的应用

  • 摘要: 针对混凝投药过程的非线性和时滞特点,在本文中设计一个混凝投药控制方案,结合了广义预测控制(GPC)算法和PID控制算法,实现对控制参数的在线优化,计算出混凝投药量,并通过在线实验对混凝投药进行自动控制,得到较好的输出控制结果,从而验证了该控制方案的可行性。

     

    Abstract: IN this paper, it introduced a control method to coagulant dosing against nonlinear and time-delay in the process of coagulant dosing. It applied generalized predictive control(GPC) algorithm and PID algorithm, online optimized relative parameters and got a reasonable coagulant dosage. Finally, through online experiment on automatic control to coagulant dosing, it got a good output and proved the practicability of the control method.
