Abstract:
In an information age, the marketing environment is a continuously changing and unpredictable chaotic environment. Agile Supply Chain Management and Decision-Making System (ASCMS) is one information system which is a Synergy Holism by integrating procurement, manufacturing and distribution process in order to synchronize enterprise with the chaotic environment. The key benefits of the agile supply chain is to find the risk and conflict in the agile supply chain without delay and handle the risk as well as coordinate the conflict scientifically. Based on the analysis of the problem space and the function architecture of ASCMS, a model that can be used in the Management and Decision-Making for Agile Supply Chain is built in this paper. The conflict negotiation methodologies based on the rules for Agile Supply Chain is also proposed. Finally, the methodologies to be used for constituting the rules, which can be used in the conflict negotiation for Agile Supply Chain, are analyzed.
