摘要: 本文在分析蒸球蒸煮过程数学模型的基础上,提出了基于模糊与PID的混合算法,在小偏差时使用改进的PID算法,在大偏差时使用模糊控制算法.该算法用于某造纸厂六个蒸球的工业曲线跟踪控制后,在系统存在较大干扰的情况下,跟踪精度大为提高.Abstract: This paper proposes the hybrid fuzzy and PID algorithm applying improved PID algorithm at small error and fuzzy control algorithm at large error, which is based on the analysis of the mathematic model of spherical digester cooking process. The cooking curve tracing accuracy is greatly improved with the application of the algorithm to the tracing control system consisting of six spherical digesters in a factory with large disturbances.
