大型设备网络化监测与维护系统体系结构研究

On the Architecture of a Network-Based Monitoring and Maintenance System for Key Equipment

  • 摘要: 以基于状态的维护开放系统体系结构(OSA-CBM)模型为标准架构,以XML/SOAP和Web Ser-vices技术为网络通信支持,提出了一种“功能—服务—系统”三维体系结构,为大型设备网络化监测与维护系统建设提供了一种新的设计开发模式.基于该体系结构设计开发的分布式设备远程状态监测与故障诊断系统已在工程项目中获得成功应用.

     

    Abstract: Using the OSA-CBM(Open System Architecture for Condition-Based Maintenance) model as the standard structure and adopting the XML/SOAP(Extensible Markup Language/Simple Object Access Protocol) and Web Services technologies as the network conmmunication support,this paper presents a 3-D architecture including function,service and system,which provides a novel mode to the design and development of a network-based monitoring and maintenance system for key equipment.A distributed system for condition-monitoring and fault diagnostics of remote equipment,which is designed and developed based on the 3-D architecture,has been successfully applied to practical engineering projects.
