状态反馈预测控制的结构性能及应用实例

STRUCTRURE AND PERFORMANCE OF STATE FEEDBACK MODEL PREDICTIVE CONTROL SYSTEM AND ITS APPLICATION

  • 摘要: 本文分析了状态反馈预测控制系统的结构与控制性能,基于状态空间模型,使用实测状态变量反馈,状态反馈预测控制系统是状态变量动态反馈结构.对比动态矩阵控制(DMC)、广义预测控制(GPC)和内模控制(IMC)算法,由于使用可测状态变量动态反馈结构,提高了控制系统抑制不可测干扰能力,改善了控制系统的鲁棒性,预测模型可适用于较大的操作范围.预测控制系统稳定时,对阶跃型给定值及干扰静态无偏差.给出了催化裂化装置稳定吸收系统,稳定汽油饱和蒸汽压先进控制的应用实例,先进控制系统的设计功能全部在DCS层实现,现场运行实测数据对比表明控制效果较好.

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the structure and performance of state feedback model predictive control systems are studied in detail.Based on the state space model, the structure of state feedback model predictive control systems is a dynamic state variable feedback control using the detected state variable feedback control.Compared with the dynamic model control (DMC), generalized predictive control (GPC) and internal model control (IMC), both the ability of rejection undetectable disturbance is increased and the robustness of the state feedback model predictive control system is improved.Due to the detectable state variable dynamic feedback control structure, the state feedback model predictive control system can be implemented in a big operation scope.When the predictive control system is stable, the steady state error is zero to both the step input and the step disturbance.A real plant design and implementation is given for the stabilizer vapor pressure control of an FCCU (Fluid Catalytic Cracking Unit) in a DCS layer.The plant data shows both the implementation result and the control performance are very good.
