一种基于BP神经网络的解耦控制方法及其在微型燃机控制中应用的研究

A Decoupling Control Method Based on BP Neural Network and Its Application in Micro turbine Control

  • 摘要: 分析了带回热器的微型燃机运行时各变量之间的耦合关系,针对微型燃机运行时参数多变、过程复杂的特点,提出了应用解耦控制算法控制燃机运行的思想;把BP神经网络应用在解耦控制中,结合传统的PID控制,提出了一种新的置解耦网络于调节器之前的BP神经网络解耦控制算法.仿真及实验结果表明此种控制算法具有良好的控制效果.

     

    Abstract: The coupling relations of all variables during the micro turbine running with regenerator are discussed.Since the parameters are always changing during micro turbine running and the running course is complex,the scheme for turbine running control using decoupling control algorithm is proposed.And BP neural network is applied in the decoupling control.Combining with traditional PID control,a new algorithm of BP neural network decoupling control is given.In the new algorithm,the decoupling neural network is put ahead the adjustor.The results of simulation show that the algorithm can work effectively.
