Modeling and Process Optimization of Production Management System Based on Multi-Agent for Finishing Workshop

  • 摘要: 借助多Agent技术,提出了一种基于多Agent的生产管理结构模型,对用户实际需求和结构模型的合理性进行了分析.在此基础上,开发了一个柔性、动态、高效的生产管理系统,对车间目前的生产管理模式进行了优化.同时,对多个体Agent的主要功能、工作原理和系统建模过程进行了介绍.实际应用表明,多Agent的生产管理系统,解决了生产过程中数据孤立的问题,实现了企业生产数据资源的整合,提高了用户与系统的交互性,满足了车间生产管理的实际需求,促进了纺织企业生产管理信息化的快速发展.

     

    Abstract: Using multi-agent technology,a production management model based on multi-agent is proposed,and then the actual requirements of users and the rationality of structural model are analyzed.On this basis,a flexible,dynamic and efficient production management system is developed,and the current production management mode is optimized.Meanwhile, individual agent's key functions and working principle,as well as system's modeling process are introduced.The application result shows that multi-Agent production management system solves data isolation problem,realizes the integration of data resources of factory production,improves the interaction between users and system,meets the actual requirements of workshop production management,and promotes the rapid development of the information of textile enterprise.
