Design of Intelligent Controller for Construction Machinery

  • 摘要: 针对现有工程机械控制器不能满足设备性能状态监测与故障诊断的问题,研究基于CAN总线的嵌入式智能控制器.该控制器系统主要采用嵌入式软PLC技术,以嵌入式实时操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ为调度核心,以符合IEC61131-3标准的PLC运行系统和CANopen协议栈为主要部分.新型控制器不仅具备传统PLC控制器的控制功能,更具备良好的网络通讯能力,可以满足设备性能状态监测与故障诊断的要求.本文详细介绍了基于嵌入式软PLC技术的工程机械智能控制器的实现方法.

     

    Abstract: For the reason that existing construction machinery controllers can not meet the need of performance status monitoring and fault diagnosis,an embedded intelligent controller based on CAN bus is studied.The controller system is mainly based on embedded soft-PLC technology.It adopts embedded real-time operating systemμC/OS-Ⅱas the scheduling core,and takes IEC61131-3 standard PLC run-time system and CANopen protocol stack as the main parts.The new controller not only has the control functions of the traditional PLC controllers,but also has a good capability of network communication, and it is able to meet the need of performance status monitoring and fault diagnosis.A realization method of intelligent controller for construction machinery based on embedded soft-PLC technology is described in detail.
