Abstract:
A synchronization method for hyperchaotic systems based on the dynamic surface control(DSC) is proposed. In every DSC design step, the repeated differentiations of certain nonlinear terms is avoided by letting the virtual control pass through a first-order filter. Then, the problem of "explosion of complexity" existed in backstepping methods is eliminated. For the unknown system parameters,an adaptive method is used in the controller design. Finally, the simulation results illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
