机床控制流程的一种有限状态机表达方法

A HIERARCHICAL FSM METHOD FOR CONTROL FLOW OF MACHINE TOOL

  • 摘要: 面向过程的IEC-1131-3规范已难以满足机床控制流程表达新的应用需求,为了更好地支持控制器开放式体系结构设计和面向对象系统实现技术,我们扩展了有限状态机的基本概念,提出了一种机床控制流程表达的分层式有限状态机(FSM)方法.本文首先对分层式FSM的组织方法、特性、形式定义等进行了详细讨论;为了进一步阐明这种方法的表达特性,我们介绍了一种分层式FSM表达的机床控制器总体结构,并讨论了这种结构下的开放性设计表达和系统实现等相关问题.

     

    Abstract: The procedure oriented IEC 1131 3 specification has poor capability to support the open architecture design and object oriented implementation in representation of the control flow of machine tool. In order to meet the new requirement, we extended the concept of Finite State Machine, and proposed a new hierarchical FSM method for representing the control flow of machine tool. In this paper, the organization, properties and formal definition of hierarchical FSM are discussed in detail. A kind of general structure based on hierarchical FSM representation of machine tool controller is described. Moreover, the problems related to representing openness and system implementation are also discussed.
