基于因特网的工业控制网络体系结构研究

RESEARCH ON INTERNET-BASED INDUSTRIAL CONTROL NETWORK

  • 摘要: 在工业自动化领域,为进行远程制造、管理和市场运营,企业对高性能控制网络的需求不断增加.为实现管控一体化,在控制网络上越来越多的设备维护和管理信息需要传递,对控制网络的带宽提出了更高的要求.虽然现场总线技术发展迅速,但在传输速率和实时性方面,现场总线仍旧存在很多不足.近期,随着以太网和TCP/IP越来越多地进入控制领域,工业控制网络正面临着严峻挑战.鉴于此,本文认真分析了工业控制网络技术的现状,对现场总线技术和混合分布式控制网络技术做了详细的阐述,指出了以太网和TCP/IP对控制网络的变革和推动.在此基础之上,通过对基于TCP/IP协议的网络化智能仪表和嵌入式Internet技术的深入分析,本文提出了一种新型的网络体系结构——基于因特网的工业控制网络.随着集成电路技术的快速发展,将以太网接口嵌入到现场仪表已成为可能,这使得本文提出的新型控制网络具有巨大的发展前景.

     

    Abstract: The demand on high-performance control network is increasing gradually because enterprises will-carry out the remote manufacturing, management and market operation in the field of industrial control today. In order to realize integration of management and control, more and more device maintenance and management informations will be transferred by control network, which requires higher bandwidth. Though Fieldbus develops rapidly, there are some lacks in aspects of transmission speed and real-time. Recently Ethernet and TCP/IP infiltrate into control field more and more, industrial control network is faced with baptism. Therefore, the status quo of industrial control network, fieldbus technology and mixed distributed control network are analyzed in detail in this paper. In addition, the promotion and innovation of Ethernet and TCP/IP to control network are also presented. Combined with thorough analysis of TCP/IP protocol network intelligent sensor and embedded Internet, Internet-based industrial control network is brought forward. With development of integrated circuit rapidly, Ethernet interface can be embedded into field instruments, the new control network will have huge development foreground.
