With consideration that the state feedback gains are of additive uncertainty perturbation,based on linear matrix inequality(LMI),the design method of non-fragile H
∞ controller for networked control system(NCS) with network-induced time delay is presented.A sufficient condition for the existence of the controller is given,which is presented in LMI forms. The controller parameters can be obtained by solving the LMIs.An example is given to illustrate that the designed non-fragile H
∞ controller ensures the NCS to be asymptotically stable and has the expected H
∞ performance when the controller gain is uncertain,while the NCS controlled by H
∞ robust controller will be unstable when the uncertainties exist in the controller gain.
