敏捷制造下车间重构中的制造资源选择

RESOURCE SELECTION FOR SHOP RECONFIGURATION IN AGILE MANUFACTURING

  • 摘要: 敏捷制造被认为是21世纪的制造模式.实现敏捷制造的组织形式是敏捷虚拟企业(AVE),它根据产品开发的需要动态重构.动态重构敏捷虚拟企业中的制造资源选择问题是对实现敏捷制造的挑战.本文给出了一个资源选择问题的整数规划模型,其目标是使费用最小.利用任务之间的先后顺序的特点,我们将整数规划模型转换为图论模型.基于图论模型,我们给出了一个求最优解的有效算法.其计算复杂性是多项式有界的.

     

    Abstract: It is believed that agile manufacturing is the 21st century manufacturing enterprise strategy and it should be realized by agile virtual enterprise (AVE) which is dynamically reconfigured for the manufacturing of one or more products.It creates a significant challenge for the resource selection in reconfiguring an AVE.In this paper,an integer programming (IP) formulation is presented for the resource selection problems to minimize the cost.The IP formulation is then transformed into a graph theoretical formulation by taking the advantage of the precedence relationship between the tasks.Based on the graph theoretical formulation,an efficient algorithm is proposed to seed for the optimal solutions of the problems.It is shown that the algorithm is polynomial bounded.
