摘要: 本文重点研究了智能自适应数控加工中使用模糊方法实现非线性系统的间接建模问题.本文在一阶T-S模型的基础上,提出了一种通过动态生成模糊聚类,离线建立铣削力与电信号之间的关系模型的新算法.工程实践表明该模型具有较强的鲁棒性、较好的精确性.Abstract: In this paper, a new nonlinear Fuzzy Model is presented to be used in adaptive numerical manufacture. The structure of the fuzzy model is base on the first order Takagi_Sugeno model, then, a cluster is carried out to construct the relation model between stream and force dynamic. The project results prove the model to have better robustness and accuracy.
