Abstract: Aiming at the shortcomings of prevalent monitoring control system, an intelligent image monitoring control system is presented in this paper. The system has capabilities of automatic zoom adjustment, automatic focus adjustment, automatic detection and position fixing of the special color object and automatic detection and tracking of moving object. It also solves the problem of image refreshing frequency in the detection of moving object. It has been verified that the applied system has a good performance.
