Smart Transducer Interface Circuit Based on IEEE1451 Standard

  • 摘要: 针对传统传感器只能应用在某种特定网络的问题,采用IEEE1451标准的智能变送器接口模型进行电路的软硬件设计.将传统传感器划分为智能变送器接口模块(STIM)与网络适配器(NCAP).在智能变送器接口模块中使用8051单片机对变送器传来的信号进行调理、转换和线性化,实现与网络适配器的通信;在网络适配器中使用ARM处理器对智能变送器接口模块进行控制并对传来数据进行处理,且与各种工业网络进行通信.

     

    Abstract: This paper presents the hardware and software implementation of the smart transducer interface based on the IEEE1451 standard,because traditional transducer can only apply to some specific networks.The traditional transducer model is divided into two parts: smart transducer interface module(STIM) and network capable application processor(NACP).The STIM holding an 8051-singlechip can implement signal conditioning,conversion,linearization and basic communication with NCAP.The NCAP uses an ARM processor to control STIM and process data from STIM.NCAP can also communicate with variable industrial networks.
