石墨电极研磨机主振台微圆周振动的实时监测与控制

A REAL-TIME MONITORING AND CONTROL METHOD FOR SMALL CIRCULAR VIBRATION ABOUT MAIN VIBRATION PLATFORM IN GRAPHITE ELECTRODE ABRADING MACHINE

  • 摘要: 针对石墨电极研磨机主振台微圆周振动轨迹实时监测与控制的要求,采用了双测头电涡流传感器分别检测主振台X、Y向的振动.传感器标定数据的神经网络拟合方法保证了检测的精度.通过对主振台相对于测头振动位移的实时测量,可以得到主振台的微圆周振动动态振幅,从而控制机床以保证研磨加工的顺利进行并为电火花加工钢模提供了平动头的振幅参数.

     

    Abstract: Pointing to the real-time monitoring and control of small-circular vibration of the main vibration platform in graphite electrode abrading machine, the vibration of the main vibration-platform in X, Y axis is-detected by a eddy transducer with two probes. A neural network fitting method about calibration data of the transducer may guarantee the detecting accuracy. The small circular vibration dynamic amplitude of the main vibration amplitude on platform can be obtained through real-time vibration displacement measurement between the main vibration-platform and probes, and hence the machine is controlled to ensure the abrading process to be conducted smoothly, which could provide amplitude parameters for translation moving head in EDM process.
