冷热水混合系统的多变量专家控制

MULTI-VARIABLES EXPERT CONTROL FOR THE COLD-HOT WATER MIXER SYSTEM

  • 摘要: 提出一种专家控制方法用于冷热水混合系统的温度和液位的双变量控制.根据该系统的特点及专家的专门知识和经验,建立其控制规则集,根据输出变量检测值进行正向推理执行控制规则.试验结果表明:尽管混合器的温度与液位具有很强的耦合性及系统存在滞后特性,专家控制方法仍取得较好的控制效果.

     

    Abstract: This paper proposes a kind of expert control method for two-variable control of temperature and liquid level in the cold-hot water mixer system. This method can set up the control rule sets according to the distinguishing features of the system and special knowledge and experience of experts. And also it can make the forward inference based on the output measurements and implement the control rules. Results of the experiments show that the expert control method can achieve better performance in control process although there is a very strong couple between temperature and liquid level and a dead time in the mixer.
