Abstract: This paper introduces the fundamentals of the rough neural network and presents the composition, structure, function, and principles of the enterprise crisis predicting system based on rough neural network. A lot of critical techniques in the enterprise crisis predicting system based on rough neural network are discussed. An example in cheat crisis predicting is given to validate the method. The results show the method is feasibility and validity. The research work supplies a basis for further study of applying rough neural network for the enterprise crisis predicting system.
