混沌优化方法在甲醛生产过程中在线优化的应用

CHAOS OPTIMIZATION IN FORMALDEHYDE PRODUCTION PROCESS

  • 摘要: 本文研究了一种新型优化方法:混沌优化,提出在局部搜索空间利用线性搜索加快解的收敛速度和精度,并与精确不可微罚函数结合来求解非线性约束优化问题的新方法,且对不能用数学解析式精确表达的优化问题利用软测量技术进行描述,在此基础上进行混沌搜索寻优.该方法结构简单,实现容易,对优化问题要求低,通用性强,可靠性较高,是解决化工优化问题的有效方法.

     

    Abstract: Chaos optimization method is proposed for solving nonlinear constraint optimization problems, and linear search is applied to speed the rate of convergence and improve the accuracy of solution. To solve the problem of estiblishing process static-state model, soft sensing based on artificial neural network is proposed. This method is applied to formaldehyde production process online optimization. The results show that the method is simple and easy to implement, robust in versatility, and it has high accuracy and reliability, so it is effective for chemical process optimization.
