Controlling Chaos in PWM DC/DC Converter with Washout Filter

  • 摘要: 研究如何利用Washout滤波器控制技术来控制PWM型DC/DC变换器中的混沌现象.首先分析了利用Ott-Grebogi-Yorke(OGY)方法对DC/DC变换器进行混沌控制存在的不足,然后以Hénon系统为例说明了如何利用Washout滤波器进行混沌控制.最后,应用Washout滤波器对两种采用不同控制策略的DC/DC变换器实施控制,将其从混沌状态控制到周期状态.理论分析和计算机仿真表明,该控制技术不但可以很好用于DC/DC变换器中的混沌控制,而且能够克服OGY方法的不足.

     

    Abstract: In this paper, Washout filter control technology is utilized to control chaos in pulse-width modulation (PWM) DC/DC converter. Firstly the disadvantages of Ott-Grebogi-Yorke (OGY) method which applied to chaos control in DC/DC converter system are discussed, and then the principle of chaos control scheme with Washout filter is shown by applying the mehod to a chaotic Hénon system. In the paper, Washout filter is applied to two kinds of PWM DC/DC converters, which have different control schemes, and translations from chaos to period in both of the converter systems are made. Theoretical analysis and computer simulation show that Washout filter method can work well and overcome the disadvantages of OGY method during controlling chaos in PWM DC/DC converters.
