Abstract: This paper describes a real-time computer-based command system specially designed for special sea jobs.It acquires various location parameters by means of land or ship based navigation devices,and then transmits them to a control computer via wire and/or wireless links.All the useful data,after being processed,such as traces tables etc are transferred to the CRT and displayed for the commanders.
