基于温度场分布的淬火炉温度智能控制系统

TEMPERATURE INTELLIGENT CONTROL SYSTEM FOR QUENCHING FURNACE BASED ON ANALYSIS OF TEMPERATURE DISTRIBUTION

  • 摘要: 本文从传热学的角度推导出24m大型模压锻件淬火炉内辐射—对流复合传热过程的数学模型,通过数值分析计算出不同初始输入条件下的炉内径向温度场分布,利用该分析结果修正并优化淬火炉智能控制系统的控制参数,在此基础上设计出一种基于温度场分布的淬火炉智能控制系统.简要介绍了该控制系统的组成、设计方案及工作原理.运行结果表明,该系统的温度控制精度达到±0.2%,满足了波音公司对铝合金模压锻件淬火炉温度控制的要求.

     

    Abstract: The mathematic model of complex heat transfer of radiation and convection in the 24m large-scale moulding quenching furnace is introduced from the heat transfer point view in this article, and the radial temperature distribution is also calculated according to the different initial conditions. Based on the resolution, the control parameters for the intelligent temperature control system for the quenching furnace are modified and optimized. The constitution, control theory, and the design scheme for the intelligent system and the main process of the temperature distribution analysis are emphasized in this paper. The running results show that the temperature can be controlled within ±0.5%.
