A Novel Buck-Boost Matrix Converter

  • 摘要: 对传统矩阵变换器电压传输比低的缺陷进行研究,提出一种称为Buck-Boost矩阵变换器的新型电路拓扑结构.首先介绍了该拓扑结构的基本构成及其工作原理,然后着重阐述了无零矢量的空间矢量调制策略和滑模控制策略的设计方法,最后通过仿真对该新型拓扑结构的有效性和可行性进行了验证.结果表明,该结构能实现输出电压和频率的任意调节,其电压传输比既可大于1也可小于1,且直接输出标准的正弦波而无需滤波环节,从而有效解决了传统矩阵变换器电压传输比低的难题.

     

    Abstract: The low voltage transfer ratio problem of traditional matrix converters is discussed,and a new circuit topology named Buck-Boost matrix converter is proposed.Firstly,the basic configuration of this new topology and its fundamental principle are introduced.Then,the design methods for sliding mode control strategy and space vector modulation strategy without zero vectors are clarified particularly.Finally the validity and feasibility of the new topology are tested with simulation.And the simulation results indicate that the output voltage and frequency can be modulated optionally by the new converter,of which the voltage transfer ratio can be larger or smaller than 1 and a normal sine wave can be directly obtained without filtering.So the low voltage transfer ratio problem of traditional matrix converters is effectively solved.
