Abstract: This paper discusses some problems concerning the processing of roads and bridges toll data and gives a complete data flowing model that is used for a road and bridge toll data management information system. The authors emphasize on the discussion of the processing fashions and requirements of the original toll data and give a scheme that must be needed in a real-time toll data processing system and that is composed of computer systems,network systems and database systems. Finaly, we introduce the two implemented cost less examples that used local area network, and based-on Intel CPU server, Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 and Microsoft SQL Server 7.0.
