Abstract: A computer aided design method which combines the Smith's prediction techni-que and the inverse Nyquist array method is presented.The method can be used for designing discrete control systems of multivariable processes with multiple time delay elements.The derived controller structure is easy to be implemented on microcomputer.The simulation results are presented also.
