Abstract:
Finite-time sliding mode variable structure control for a class of singular systems is considered.The singular systems are transformed into restricted equivalent forms by a nonsingular linear transformation.By Lyapunov function method,a novel finite-time sliding mode variable structure control strategy is proposed.A special switching sliding mode hyper-plane is given and a sliding mode variable structure controller is designed correspondingly.Thus the asymptotic stability of the closed-loop system is guaranteed,the motion of sliding mode is realized,and the system state variables can converge to the equilibrium point in finite time.Finally,a numerical example is presented to illustrate the validity of the approach.
