聚氯乙烯聚合釜的微机控制

The Application of a Proficient System and Indirect Model in PVC Industrial Batch Reactor

  • 摘要: 聚氯乙烯(PVC)是当今世界上最重要的材料之一.聚氯乙烯质量的优劣,在很大程度上取决于聚合时的温度.聚合过程是一个较难控制的,具有强非线性的时变对象.本文提出了一种以单板机为控制机,根据聚合反应机理特点以及工厂具体操作条件,采用了多步骤智能化的控制方案.包括一个“优秀操作工专家系统”和采用副参数模型化给定,带有“前馈效应”的改进串级调节的综合控制方案,较好地对聚氯乙烯聚合釜实现了自动控制,其控制效果大大优于常规仪表的PID-PI串级调节.

     

    Abstract: In this paper,based on polymerization mechanism and in accordance with thepresent conditions limited by the factory,an improved cascade control scheme,usinga expert system and an indirect control model,is proposed.This scheme and the felated devices have been successfully applied to the controlof an industrial PVC batch reactor and have achieved good results.
