大型再沸油加热炉的多变量控制系统设计

Multivariable Control System Design for a Large-Sized Reboiler Oil Furnace

  • 摘要: 本文对一个大型再沸油加热炉多变量控制系统进行了设计.由于被控对象是具有大时延的多变量过程,因此采用了多变量Smith预估器作时延补偿和多变量频域法(逆Nyquist阵列法)进行计算机辅助设计的手段.仿真结果表明:所设计系统变量间的关联已被有效地抑制;采用时延补偿使系统的动态特性有较明显的提高;而对于一定程度的模型失配,系统也有良好的鲁棒性.本设计方案已在现场实施.

     

    Abstract: For multivariable process with time delays the inverse Nyquist array technique and a multivariable Smith predictor control scheme are used.Simulation results show that the interactions within the designed system are reduced efficiently,and a better dynamic performance is achieved due to the Smith predictor,and the system is robust to some extent for process/model mismatch,The designed system had been realized by us.
