  • 摘要: 实践证明,Fuzzy控制器有一定优越性.但简单Fuzzy控制器的参数为一组常量,要提高其性能仍受到限制.本文提出了Fuzzy控制器参数自调整的方法,以满足过程响应在不同状态下对参数的不同要求,得到最佳的响应特性.机器模拟人的“粗调”与“细调”的操作方法,表现了较高的智能.作者考虑到常规PI调节器的优点,把Fuzzy与PI控制相结合,构成了新型的参数自调整Fuzzy-PI调节器.文中给出了仿真实验结果以及在钢厂燃油退火炉温度控

     

    Abstract: Fuzzy controllers as shown in practice have many advantages over conventionalDDC or PID controllers,but it is still limited for simple Fuzzy controller to furtherimprove its control quality with its quantization and proportion factors constant.Inthis paper a method of parameters self-adjusting is proposed to meet process reqirementfor parameters in different response time period,thus the controller becomes more intel-ligent and has an optimized response.And the advances of conventional PID control-ler are combined into Fuzzy controller.Therefore we develope a new kind of control-ler,namely,parameters self-adjusting fuzzy-PI controller.Also results of simulationand application to temperature control of an oil-fueled annealing furnace are shown hereto demonstrate its fine characteristics.
