Abstract:
This paper deals with the problem of observerbased robust control for uncertain linear systems with time-varying delay. The uncertainties are unknown but norm-bounded. By using Lyapunov stability theory and Razumikhin-type theory, a sufficient condition for the system to be stabilizable based on state observer is obtained, and the corresponding cotrol laws are presented. The conclusions extend and improve some results in the literature. Numerical examples are given to illustrate the obtained results.
