催化裂化系统的非线性模型及其参数估计

A NONLINEAR MODEL AND ITS PARAMETER ESTIMATION FOR FLUIDIZED CATALYSTIC CRACKING SYSTEM

  • 摘要: 本文基于过程机理分析和系统分解方法,建立了大型炼油厂催化裂化装置中反应-再生系统的非线性状态空间模型.全系统模型由若干具有状态和控制耦合的子系统模型所组成.该模型具有结构简单、维数低的特点.论文同时还给出了工业试验数据和基于模型计算机仿真结果的比较,说明模型具有满意的精度.

     

    Abstract: A nonlinear state space model for reactor-regenerator system of FCCU in a large scale refinery has been developed through first principle analysis and system decom-position,The global system model consists of a number of subsystems with both state and control coupling.The resulting model has the merits of structure simplicity and lower dimen-sionarity.The paper also gives the comparison between industrial test data and themodel based computer simulation,which shows satisfactory accuracy for optimization applications.
