电液伺服力仿真系统分析与实现

THE OPERATION AND ANALYSIS OF ELECTROHYDRAULIC SERVO FORCE SIMULATION SYSTEM

  • 摘要: 本文以飞行器舵面气动力的仿真为例介绍了一种电液伺服力仿真系统的原理、分析、实现方法和实验结果.该系统是高通复合控制系统,可以有“人为”和“运动”两种指令,有较宽的频带和满意的动态品质,原则上可以准确地模拟任意给定的载荷谱.该方法适用于强度试验、疲劳试验、矿井压力及运输工具驱动载荷等方面的力仿真.

     

    Abstract: This paper,by taking aircraft helm surface air dynamics simulation as example, presents the principles,procedures,results and analysis of experiments with an electrohydraulic servo force simulation system.It is a high-pass compound controlsystem with“artificial”and“movement”modes,wide frequency pass-band,andsatisfactory dynamical quality.In principle,it can exactly simulate any givenload pedigree.This method is suitable for force simulation in many respects such asstrength test and fatigue test.
