Rule Generation and Parameter Tuning for Fuzzy Controllers Based on Hierarchical Genetic Algorithms

  • 摘要: 提出了一种基于递阶遗传算法的模糊控制器的优化设计方法.采用具有层次结构染色体编码方式的遗传算法来设计模糊控制器,实现了语言控制规则的自动生成和隶属函数参数的自动整定.设计过程无需系统的先验知识和训练数据,具有自组织、自学习的特点.仿真结果表明,该方法优化得到的模糊控制器结构简单、性能优良.

     

    Abstract: This paper presents a novel optimization method for fuzzy controller design based on hierarchical genetic algorithms.By using the genetic algorithms with hierarchical chromosome structures,rule generation and para-(meter)tuning of the fuzzy controller can be achieved simultaneously.The optimization process is characterized by the properties of self-organization and self-learning,and prior knowledge or training data are not needed.Simulation results show that the fuzzy controller optimized by the proposed method has simple structure and good performance.
