柠檬酸发酵过程的数学模型和状态估计

THE MATHEMATICAL MODEL AND STATE ESTIMATION OF CITRIC ACID FERMENTATION

  • 摘要: 根据发酵动力学规律建立了柠檬酸发酵过程中的菌体增殖、基质消耗及产物积累的数学模型,并从碳平衡导出了间接测量模型.系统模型参数用广义最小二乘法进行估计.用推广卡尔曼滤波迭代算法进行状态实时估计取得令人满意的结果.

     

    Abstract: Citricacid fermentntion process was studied in this paper.According to principle of the fermentation process kinetics,the mathematical models of biomass proliferation, medium consumption and citricacid production were given for the citric acid fermentation process. The calculation formula for mycelium concentration was derived indirectly from carbon balance,The parameters of the mathematical model were estimated by the GLS.The model curves from computer simulation were verified by the results of experiments.Satisfactory results were achieved by using the extended Kalman filtering iterative algorithm for on-line state estimation.
