Abstract: As the fast development of network technique,the scope and scale of network application become larger and larger,and the problems of network time-delay and congestion become serious day by day.Admission control,as a tech-nique method to balance the quality of network service and use resource sufficiently,plays a special role in these problems' settlement.This article recounts the development and research states of admission control,and sums up the application of measurement-based admission control to networked control systems,and also its features.Finally,it looks into the future research and development direction of measurement-based admission control in network application.
