基于函数空间迭代的大系统故障诊断方法

A KIND OF FAILURE DIAGNOSIS METHOD FOR LARGE SYSTEM BASED ON ITERATION OF FUNCTION SPACE IN DYNAMIC PROGRAMMING

  • 摘要: 提出一种基于函数空间迭代的大系统故障诊断方法.文中首次提出可达路径权值乘积最小概念,给出了求解该最小值及相应路径的函数空间迭代算法,并将之转化为一种既简单又易于编程的表格式迭代方法,进而将这种方法应用到系统故障诊断.文章详细描述了基于本方法的故障诊断步骤,文末通过一系统故障诊断实例来说明本方法的简单有效性.由于本方法综合了逆向故障搜索法、故障树分析法及动态规划的优点,因而特别适用于网络结构复杂、关联严重的系统故障诊断.

     

    Abstract: In this paper,a kind of failure diagnosis method for large system based on iteration of function space in dynamic programming is proposed. First ,a new concept about minimum of coefficient product of routes from source state to target state is put for thand an algorithm is given in order to track down this minimum as well as correspondent route. Then,the algorithm is changed into at abular iteration method which is simpler,more regular and helpful for programming. Third,this concept and this algorithm are applied to failure diagnosis of system and steps of diagnosis are detailed. In the end of this paper,this method is shown to be more effective and simpler by simula tionofa pump system failure diagnosis.
