柔性自动化车间的随机生产计划与控制

STOCHASTIC PRODUCTION PLANNING AND CONTROL IN FLEXIBLE AUTOMATION WORKSHOPS

  • 摘要: 研究了柔性自动化车间(FAW)的随机生产计划与控制问题,提出了一种随机生产计划新方法.文中首先建立FAW随机生产计划与控制的数学模型,然后推导求解该问题的算法,编制相应软件,进行算例研究.研究表明,本算法能够有效地将不确定性环境中的FAW产品需求计划最优分解成由FAW中各FMS执行的短期随机计划.

     

    Abstract: The paper deals with the problem of stochastic production planning and control in flexible automation workshops(FAW),proposes a new method of stochastic production planning (SPP). In the paper,a mathe matical model of stochastic production planning and control in FAW is built up first. Then an algorithm to solve the problem is deduced. The corresponding softw are package has been developed. With the help of it,examples of SPP have been studied,which shows that the algorithm can optimally break up FAW′s product demand plans into short-terms tochastic plans executed by FMS in FAW.
