电加热反应器温度的多变量广义开环解耦控制

MULTIVARIABLE GENERALIED OPEN-LOOP DECOUPLING CONTROL FOR THE TEMPERATURE OF AN ELECTRIC-HEATED REACTOR

  • 摘要: 多段电加热反应器的温度对象是一个存在着严重耦合的多变量系统,并且呈现一定非线性特性,因此,采用各回路单独调节方式很难对其进行快速、平稳和准确的控制.针对这一问题,本文设计了新型的多变量广义开环解耦控制器,并在小型反应装置上实施.结果表明该控制器控制效果好,容易实现并且具有较强的鲁棒性.

     

    Abstract: It is difficult to control the temperature of electric-heated reactor by means of single loopcontrol,because the interaction,the very large time constant and nonlinearity.Aimed at thes problem.a newcontroller,namely generalized open-loop decoupling controller is presented and successfully applied to the control of the reactor temperature.It is shown that the presented controller has not only good control perfor-mances but also strong robustness.Key words multivariable system,decoupling control,temperature control
