水泥配料过程建模与自校正控制

MODELLING AND SELF-TUNING CONTROL FOR CEMENT RAW MATERIAL BLENDING

  • 摘要: 本文首先介绍了水泥生料混合过程的线性化和解耦模型,然后提出了新型自校正控制策略,为了解块系统输入信号不是持续激励的问题,改进了最小二乘估计算法,并获得了良好的生料成份估计值;仿真和实际运行结果证明改进的估计算法和新型控制策略是可行的.这种新型自校正控制策略已用PMC-88工业控制机实现,并成功地应用于现场.

     

    Abstract: The linearing and decoupling mathematics model of cement raw material process is describedin this paper,and then the new self-tuning control stratigy is presented.The least square estimationmethodis impoved and a good composition estimation of raw material is obtained to solve the problem,i.e.the input signals of system are not persistently exciting.Either simulation experiments or practical operation shows that the new control strategy and improved estimation method is successful.Using PMC-88 industrial con-trol computer,this control strategy has been implemented and used for real-time operation in the cement plant.
