多级生产线可靠性分析的一种新方法

A NEW METHOD FOR THE RELIABILITY ANALYSIS OF MULTI-STAGE PRODUCTION LINES

  • 摘要: 本文针对工作站可修、缓冲库容量有限的多级生产线系统,在概率流模型的基础上,提出了一种工作站生产均衡比的概念及其计算方法,解析地求取了缓冲库和工作站的状态概率,其中并使得待求解的方程数降到最少,且易于求解,然后导出了各可靠性指标的分析表达式,从而较好地解决了一般多级级联生产线的可靠性分析问题,计算示例表明,本文提出的方法计算简便,而且精度较高.

     

    Abstract: This paper presents a new method for the reliability analysis of multi-stage production lines with unreliable machines and finite buffers, based on the modeling of probabilistic flow. First, a new concept-production balance ratio is introduced, and the related equations are derived. Second, the system state equations are solved analytically. The computational burden is reduced and the computing precision of the reliability index is increased. Then, the reliability formulae of system throughput, availability, mean sojorn time and mean inventory are derived. Finally, some examples are given to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
