机械压力机滑块位置的神经网络控制

NEURAL NETWORK CONTROL OF SLIDE POSITION OF MECHANICAL PRESS

  • 摘要: 分析了机械压力机的滑块在行程的任意位置停止的必要性,在此基础上,论述了使滑块一次准确停止到位的科学性并建立了相应新型压力机滑块行程的计算机控制系统.明确指出应对滑块停止位置进行神经网络补偿控制,并解决了实施神经网络控制的关键技术问题.通过在JH23-63型机械压力机上的大量试验,验证了该控制方法的有效性.

     

    Abstract: A new computer control system which can control the slide of mechanical press so as to stop on a accurate position is proposed. The control system consists of pneumatic proportional valve, pneumatic friction clutch and brake, displacement sensor etc. It is obvious that neural network control strategy is appropriate to compensate for the nonlinearness of the system. The neural network controller is designed in details. A lot of experiments on mechanical press model JH23-63 demonstrate that the new computer control system works well and neural network control strategy is effective.
