Abstract: This paper briefly introduces the properties of TinyOS(an operating system for wireless sensor networks) and its programming language NesC,analyzes the compilation and link process of TinyOS in detail,and illustrates the TinyOS implementation by taking AT91M40800 as the ARM core-based MCU.
