基于融合模型的多目标分级推理方法及其工业应用

A Multi-objective Hierarchical Reasoning Method Based on Integration Model and Its Industrial Application

  • 摘要: 运用多模型融合方法,综合机理知识、残差智能补偿技术建立了氧化铝生料浆质量全局预测模型.根据质量指标影响因子及分类原则构建了配料专家数据库.在此基础上,提出了多目标分级推理决策,实现了配比的优化设定.该优化控制方法已成功应用于氧化铝生产企业的生料浆配料过程.运行效果表明,该方法可用于解决一类具有滞后、多约束等特性的复杂工业过程的优化控制问题.

     

    Abstract: Multi-model integration method combining the mechanism knowledge with the intelligent error compensation technology is used to build a global model to predict the alumina raw meal slurry quality.Blending expert database is established according to the quality index influence coefficient and classification rules.Based on this,a multi-objective hierarchical reasoning strategy is proposed and the ratio optimization setting is realized.This optimization control method has been successfully applied to the raw meal slurry blending process in an alumina plant,and the results verify that the proposed method can resolve the optimization problem of a kind of industrial processes characterized by time delay and multi-constraints.
